Affordable eyeliner | SEVENTEEN MAKE YOUR MARK

Affordable eyeliner | SEVENTEEN MAKE YOUR MARK

This post is for all those people who can't afford to pay out loads of money on make up, but still want to have the look of expensive make up.

The make up brand Seventeen is known for being really cheap, I picked this up from Boots which is a British drugstore and I'll put a link to it at the bottom. For all those out of the UK who are after trying this product, I recommend trying eBay or just search for it on Google. I paid £3.99 for this and I definitely think it is worth way more than that!

Anyway, this product is definitely one of the best eyeliner pens I've ever used. The pen tip is firm and gets thicker so that it is easy to make your eyes darker if you want it.
Apologies for the bad quality - I need to invest in a camera, but it gives you an idea of what it looks like.  Personally I think the softer brushes are harder to apply and you've got to have a steady hand in order to make it look nice. With this one, it literally takes me about 1 minute to put on and is so easy! Considering I am in no way good at applying make up!

This eyeliner is also very long lasting and I can happily apply it in the morning and when I return from work it is still as it was when I left, it also doesn't come off when it rains, which is perfect for me because that is the last thing I want!!

I highly recommend this product as an affordable eyeliner, if anyone knows where else you can buy this please let me know!

I would love to know if anyone else has tried this and what they think. If not I think you should try it!

Thanks for reading! :)

Day in the Life | DAY OFF WORK

Day in the Life | DAY OFF WORK

So I thought I'd do a simple day in the life post, I always watch YouTube videos of this but as I don't make YouTube videos I thought I would try and do it in a post, not too sure how it will turn out. But yeah, here's what a typical Thursday looks like in my life.

First things first, when I wake up the first thing I do is go and get breakfast and because I haven't had a day off in ages I thought I would treat myself and eat it in bed.

Frosties! My favourite :) I don't think I could survive if I didn't eat breakfast. Then I went and brushed my teeth, here's a sexy picture of me brushing my teeth. One of my favourite things to do! Please ignore my top, its about 7 years old and only just fits me now!

Because I'm a lazy cow I sat back in bed and did a bit of blog "research", ie. catching up on my favourite blogs. Whilst enjoying a Creme Egg - I've eaten so many in the past 5 days!

Once I'd done that I had a cheeky workout. I'm currently doing my favourite, the Sally Up Challenge! I highly recommend it, I will probably do a blog post on it in the future.

Then I took a shower, but I'm not taking a photo of that because I'm sure you all know what a shower looks like. I then put my make up on (takes about 3 minutes as I wear very little) and got dressed.

Next up, its time to help mum at the yard!

Biggest job - poo picking! For all non-horsey people it probably sounds horrible haha.
On Thursdays, my little sister has ice skating lessons so that was the next place to go and freeze for 2 whole hours. :(
Before that though we managed to squeeze in a little ice cream, I'm so happy that I managed to find the BEST ice lolly ever!

I used to eat these all the time as a child and then when I was about 9 they completely disappeared from all shops and I haven't seen one since! Has anyone ever tried these beautiful things?
After ice skating I might have accidentally had a McDonald's, but lets not talk about that.

Once all that was done, we went back to the yard to discover the ponies had broke into the feed room and eaten all the food! Now I've just got out the bath and am writing this, so it can go up while I'm busy working tomorrow - how fun!

Anyway, that's a lot of writing! If you've actually bothered to read to the end, leave me a comment or tweet me @AbbieeWade. I would love to hear from you and hear what you want me to post about as it would really help me! Hahaha anyway, Bye!

Thanks for reading! :)

What and why I'm blogging

What and why I'm blogging

Why I'm blogging?
I like to keep myself occupied a lot of the time so I thought this would be a great way to keep me busy. I've always read blogs and always loved Zoella (as I'm sure everyone does). I often thought about starting a blog; back in 2011 I actually wrote a post about Ed Sheeran on this very blog, unfortunately that's as far as my blogging went as it wasn't very popular then and I thought that I am in no way clever enough to be doing stuff like that. Since then blogging has become a lot more popular and its not all about being super smart.

One of the main reasons I have started blogging now is because of my amazing friend Shannon, who has an amazing music blog, click here. She was the person who said to me "You should start blogging" and I just thought it sounded great. I know I've only just started blogging but I am so thankful already because it is great fun - I really do encourage people who are a bit on the fence to blog. Its great, Thanks Shan Shan!

What I blog about?
I don't really have a particular style and don't really know how my blog will turn out but I'm just going to post things I enjoy and things to motivate myself. I will probably post about music, fitness, horses, beauty and just my life haha, probably not very interesting but at least I've got something to look back on when I'm old!

Anyway, I talk a lot of rubbish so I'll just shut up now, if this interests anyone please do follow!

Fake Tan Review | MY FIRST TIME

Fake Tan Review | MY FIRST TIME

Me being naturally as pale as Wednesday Addams made me very worried about fake tanning for the first time - mainly because so many people where I live are orange. I find it very hard to get a tan - especially in England and having to work inside on sunny days. So I had the decision of fake tanning or being pale all summer (2013).
I decided it would be safer if I applied the fake tan myself a I'd not seen many spray tans that hadn't turned people orange. This way also meant I could choose how tanned I wanted to be.

The first fake tanning product I used was the L'oréal Sublime Bronze self-tanning gel.
It's a gel that allows you to build it up everyday until you have reached the colour you want. I also made sure it covered both face and body as I don't usually wear any foundation so I wanted them to be the same colour, also I'm way too lazy to do that much everyday!

I found this product was really easy to apply, perfect for a first time and really natural looking. Its also great because it is very affordable, at about £13.50 in most pharmacies or drugstores.

Here is a photo of how dark my legs went, unfortunately I don't have a photo of what they were like before but I can assure you I'm nearly whiter than paper! Also please ignore the weird water effect on my legs, I can assure you they were all one colour.

The only thing I will say about this product is, make sure you properly exfoliate before applying - it does say this on the back but I tried to be lazy one time and it went patchy!

I would love to know if anyone has tried this and what your opinion on it is. :)

Thanks for reading! :)
