For me the best way to achieve my goals is to post them online because then I hate having to say that I didn't do them. So here's a list of things I want to achieve at some point, maybe then I'll be the perfect woman and I'll be able to find a man. Haha, let's not get too carried away!
- Drinking 2 litres of water per day - I know this may be a little hard to start with so perhaps start with a litre.
- Exercise even a little bit - This is something I have become REALLY bad with, like I walk to and from my car and that's it.
- Try not to have a takeaway a least 3 times a week!
- Eating 3 meals a day - I always, forget to eat lunch or if I do it's usually about 4pm then I don't end up eating dinner. Yeah I'm pretty rubbish.
- Be more positive
- Read more books
- Spend less time doing nothing - by doing nothing I mean scrolling though Facebook/Twitter/Instagram
- I want to be the sort of person I would want to hang around with - at the moment I have become really slack with everything and I am probably a rubbish friend. Yeah I want to work on that.
- Save money - this will always be on my list I think! No matter what I do I just CANNOT do this!! Tips are very welcome!
- Blog regularly and stick at it! I'm so rubbish at sticking to blogging. I really want this place to work, besides I quite like it here.

ReplyDeleteWe share similar goals. I have been very good with clean eating and working out during summer, but now since University started in October I lack motivation and mostly time.
For the 2 Liter waters a day I might have a tip for you. Make sure you drink about half a Liter of water before every meal and a huge glass of water with every meal. So when you stick to your 3 meals you should end up with about 2liters.

DeleteA lot of changes there .. Mine would be to read more which I'm working on and to organise my time better by having a plan instead of getting home like what should I do now .. Watch tv, write a post, play the piano etc
